A Bit About Me
Chef Kasey Koliner at your service.
My love for cooking began at a young age. What started as curiosity in the kitchen grew into a lifelong craft and career built on discipline, creativity, and hospitality.
I graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Iowa Western, where I developed a strong foundation in classical technique, kitchen leadership, and service-driven dining. After graduation, I honed my skills in the Omaha area, working in professional kitchens that emphasized precision, consistency, and high standards.
Eventually, I returned to my hometown, where I spent the next 12 years as Executive Chef at an upscale private country club. There, I led large kitchen teams, designed refined menus, and executed high-volume catering and elegant plated events.
With over 20 years of experience in the culinary field, I bring a deep understanding of both the art and logistics of cooking, from intimate dinners to large-scale events. Today, I channel that experience into creating personalized, restaurant-quality dining experiences in the comfort of my clients’ homes, where every detail is intentional and every meal tells a story.
