I'm Chef Kasey Koliner, founder of Prairie Provisions.
My passion for cooking started at a young age and has grown into more than two decades in professional kitchens, including 12 years as an Executive Chef leading upscale dining experiences and special events.
But my favorite meals have never been the largest ones.
There's something special about cooking in someone's home. The conversations are better, the atmosphere is relaxed, and people truly connect around the table. In a world that moves fast, gathering for a thoughtfully prepared meal feels more important than ever.
That's why I created Prairie Provisions, to bring restaurant-quality dining into the comfort of your home and create evenings that feel personal, memorable, and effortless.
I believe dining at home is one of life's most underrated luxuries.
