We hired Chef Kasey to cook dinner in our home for 16 guests, and he was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible… honestly better than any restaurant or catering around here. Everything was delicious, timed perfectly, and our guests could not stop talking about how good it was.
He also brought all of his own supplies, dinnerware, flatware, printed menus, and dinner napkins, which made the whole night so easy for us. He was kind, professional, funny, and just great to be around. He made the experience feel relaxed, special, and so much fun.
Our event turned out wonderful, and we are so grateful. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Will be booking Chef Kasey again & again!

We had Chef Kasey come in to our home to cook a special dinner for some family members and it was amazing. Kasey is skilled and talented at what he does and that shows in the quality of his food! I felt like I was in a high-end restaurant in terms of the food quality, but yet in the comfort of my home with my family and loved ones. I would recommend Prairie Provisions to anyone that asks!

What a great experience! Chef Kasey handled everything from the shopping to the clean up. The meal was delicious and so fresh. We loved the salmon and that is something we never order in a restaurant, but this was so well prepared. What a nice guy to work with.. I will certainly contact him again!
