Prairie Provisions creates custom, multi-course fine dining experiences for private parties and large groups in and around Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Every dinner is plated, served, and designed specifically for your event—no fixed menus, no shortcuts.
I'm located in Sioux Falls, SD and serve clients within a 90-mile radius throughout southeastern South Dakota.
If you are outside of this service area and looking for a private dinning experience, don't be afraid to reach out.
I specialize in private dinner parties, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions for 2–16+ guests. Each experience is intimate, refined, and fully personalized.
No. Prairie Provisions exclusively offer plated, served dinners. I do not provide buffets, drop-off catering, or meal-prep services.

I bring all food, cookware, and service items—including dinnerware and linen napkins. All I need is access to your kitchen. I leave it spotless when the event concludes.
Two weeks in advance of an event is preferred. Popular dates book quickly, so early inquiries are encouraged.
If you need a private dining event sooner than this, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.
